With this privacy statement we inform you, among other things, about what type of personal data we collect, for what reasons your data is processed and what your rights are in this regard.

What do we use the data for?

  • Your data is required for relevant communication regarding the donorship.

We collect your data for the implementation of the agreement that we have with you. In addition, data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the company and third parties, insofar as your interests do not prevail. Furthermore, data is collected to comply with legal obligations, including in particular the obligation to keep a financial administration.

How long do we keep your data?

  • For the duration of the donorship
  • Insofar as data is required for accountancy and tax administration, this data is stored for the applicable mandatory period (generally 7 years).
  • It is possible to deviate from the above retention periods in case of a legal obligation or a legitimate interest of the Foundation or third parties insofar as your interest does not prevail.

With whom do we share your data?
When processing data, use is made of external processors such as the accountancy application, the e-mail application and the accountancy registration.

NEWSLETTER

What information do we collect from you?

What do we use the data for?

Basis for data collection
If you are not yet a donor, we will process your data to the extent that you have given us permission to use or send out the newsletter.

If you are already a donor, we will send you a newsletter based on the legitimate interest of the Foundation in sending the (completed) activities to its donors.

How long do we keep your data?
Your data will be kept for these purposes until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of every newsletter.
